Historical Background
Oxford Consulting Services, Inc. was founded in 1994 by Joyce Salzberg, LCSW. Formerly the Associate Executive Director of the United Cerebral Palsy Association of North Jersey, Joyce brings over 20 years of Healthcare and Special Education experience to the company. Oxford matches experienced professionals within a variety of public and private settings to fulfill their staffing needs. We are committed to servicing individuals of all ages who are in need of therapeutic services as a result of an impairment or disability. With an extensive database of staff, Oxford has the experience and capability to service Clients ranging from toddlers to geriatrics. We serve individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Cerebral Palsy, Orthopedic Impairments, Developmental Delays, Spina Bifida, Aphasia, Apraxia, CVAs, Learning Disabilities and other Neurological or Motor Impairments.
Services are provided in facilities ranging from Pre-Schools to Assisted Living Facilities. Additionally, Oxford will provide services in the homes of individuals requiring our services.
Oxford has been providing services throughout the Tri-State nationwide area since 1994. Oxford’s Corporate Headquarters is located in New Jersey, with two additional office locations in New York, Pennsylvania, and California. Through these locations, we serve the entire state of New Jersey, the Southeast Region of Pennsylvania, and the Metropolitan Area of New York.

Oxford Consulting Services is the sister organization of Sunny Days Early Childhood Developmental Services, Inc
Sunny Days is an Early Intervention Provider serving children from birth to three years with developmental needs. Sunny Days provides services wherever children and families typically find themselves, whether it be the home; child care settings or other community locations (parks; playgrounds; shopping; etc.). They provide a full range of services, including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and Psychological services, specifically tailored to each child's Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP). Their practitioners design intervention strategies that are built around a family's daily routines and activities. Depending upon location, Sunny Days can provide all necessary services including initial evaluations (to determine eligibility) and all IFSP authorized services to individuals of all developmental levels ages 0-3.

You will be able to choose a variety of caseloads and work settings, giving you the opportunity to broaden your expertise. Oxford requires and retains copies of all necessary credentials. Included are licenses, child abuse and criminal record clearances, professional liability insurance and professional references.

Quality and professionalism
Oxford Consulting Services, Inc. personally interviews each candidate and retains copies of all necessary credentials, including licenses, child abuse clearances, criminal record clearances, professional liability insurance and references.
Any of the above documentation can be presented upon request. In addition, a variety of candidates may be presented for an interview to offer the opportunity to select the preferred candidate.

- Oxford’s focus is recruiting Therapists with experience in all settings
- We ensure that our Therapists have experience with the population they may be working with

- Oxford ensures that Therapists receive orientation to provide continuous excellent service
- Pre-training on facility documentation is available prior to placement
- If a Client does not have established procedures and forms for documentation, we will gladly provide them
- An Account Manager is assigned for each case
